The newly designed telescopic spring tensioner from SW-Stahl is especially designed for vehicles with very small access holes, such as those found at VW and Audi.
Particularly in four-wheel drive vehicles on the rear axle, the space is very cramped, here the proven system attacks the spring from the inside to grasp and squeeze.

Technical specifications:

• Two pairs of spring plates for springs with a diameter of 75-140 mm
• Span of 95-220 mm
• Clamping force max. 1,600 kg

Advantages:

• Additional, second safeguard against unintentional unscrewing of the spring plate
• For particularly small access holes, min. 30 mm diameter
• New, safe intake of the spring plates
• Overload protection by means of torsion bar
• No impact of the spindle on the body
• Remove the spring without disassembling the axle
